Snack ideas

       When you are on the road to eat healthier sometimes you struggle to find the right snacks that doesn't leave you feeling guilty about breaking the rules. Today, I want to share with yoy great snack healthy snack ideas that are absolutely delicious and protein packed.

Graham cracker yogurt:  
• 1 cup yogurt
• 1 banana
• 3 to 4 strawberries
• place half of the fruits on the bottom of your container cover with yogurt and add the rest of the fruits on top. Don't mix them!
• use graham crackers to to eat the snack!

Peanut butter apples :
• 1 to 2 crispy apples
• 2 tbs of peanut butter (enough to dip in the apples)
• cut your apples lengthwise into small parts
• dip your apple slices in peanut butter and enjoy!

Crunchy granola yogurt :
1 cup yogurt
• 1/2 cup granola
• 2 tbs unsweetened coconut chips
• 1 tbs honey (if using Greek yogurt )
• add half  the granola in a bowl first, top with yogurt
• add the rest of granola and coconut chips
• top with 1 shredded chocolate square

Tips
add 1 tbs honey or agave nectar, or organic maple syrup if using Greek yogurt
• use dark chocolate for a healthier option, I use 70% dark chocolate
• can't find granola in your store? You can make some at home
• you can substitute granola with sliced almonds or crushed graham crackers
