3 ways to make overnight oatmeal

       I am sure you have heard people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I don't know about you, but for me breakfast determines the mood of my day. If my breakfast is good and healthy then my day is gonna be awesome! Well, I better get straight  to the point instead of rumbling off, anyway I am excited to share with you my 3 favorite overnight oatmeal recipes that takes only 3 minutes to prepare! You can eat them cold or warm it up in microwave for 1 min in the morning.

What you will need :
     • a mason jar
     • 1/3 cup of rolled oats
     • 1 1/2 tbs of chia seeds
     • 1/4 cup of yogurt (omit if vegan)
     • 1/2 cup of your favorite kind milk (use 1 cup of milk if you skipped the yogurt)
These ingredients are the basic ones you need to make overnight oatmeal, you can add any toppings you want just play around with different fruits and nuts to see what you like.

Creamy peanut butter :
• combine all the ingredients in a mason jar and mix well
• add 2 tbs of natural peanut butter
• add 1 tbs of honey (optional)
• add 1 ripe banana cut in pieces
• put a lid on jar and refrigerate overnight

Strawberry chocolate :
combine the basic ingredients in a mason jar and mix well
• add 1 tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
• add 1 tbs of honey
• add 4 to 5 ripe strawberries cut into small pieces
• add 1 or 2 shredded chocolate squares (i use dark chocolate)
• put a lid on jar and refrigerate overnight

Crunchy granola mango :
• combine the basic ingredients in a mason jar and mix well
• add 1 tbs honey
• add 1/4 cup granola
• add 1/2 ripe mango puree
• sprinkle some unsweetened coconut chips on top
• put a lid on jar and refrigerate overnight

Tips :
• use ripe fruits to add natural sweetness to your oats without adding any sugar
• No need to buy a mason jar! Use your old tomato sauce jars or other jars in your pantry
• If you don't have natural peanut butter, you can melt your regular peanut butter before you use in recipe
• If your are not a fan of honey, use agave nectar or organic maple syrup be sure to check that your maple syrup doesn't contain High Fructose Corn Syrup
• To puree the mango, use your blender or If your mango is overly ripe, peel it then use a fork to smash it
